With a successful track record of serving the healthcare industry for over 15 years, Tim has time and again demonstrated to his customers a level of service that is second to none. Throughout his career, Tim has delivered innovative solutions that have consistently contributed to saving his customers on various operating expenses. Through the application of LEAN management principles, Tim has identified and remedied costly supply chain issues for countless healthcare providers. As a result of applying the concepts of Kanban to inventory organization, Tim devised a data driven approach to managing PAR levels.
"My customers are part of a community that I feel grateful for being accepted into”, says Tim, “and each day that we are permitted the opportunity to serve the needs of our customers is another opportunity to prove our devotion to service and understanding of their needs.” When asked what it is that fuels the passion Tim demonstrates day in and day out, Tim replied “That’s easy. Our systems are designed with the staff in mind. Whether they are members of the Supply Chain or Nursing departments, our systems ease a lot of burden.” Tim continued, “and in the healthcare industry easing the burden on the Nursing department allows them more time to focus on the needs of their patients. Knowing the nature of the small part we can play in helping them to help others is really gratifying."

As a project manager responsible for the execution of system installations that are completed on time and on budget, Thomas makes good use of the experience gained over the years he spent working in the healthcare industry. “I feel fortunate to understand both sides of the relationship that we create with our customers.”, Thomas explained, “We speak the same language and share a common understanding of how valuable time is and the need to work as efficiently as possible.” With a bias towards action and a thirst for knowledge, Thomas is always on the lookout for feedback from his customers in an effort to exceed expectations.
